GT Distributing — Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/exchanges must be within 60 days of purchase date, subject to limitation.

Product must be in re-saleable condition (not expired or damaged) and without markings.

Returns over 60 days are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

Returns over 90 days are subject to a 50% Restocking Fee.

GT does not accept any returns over 120 days. No Exception!

GT does NOT accept opened, partial, or expired products for returns / exchanges. Customers can also contact the manufacturer for return / exchange directly.

Certain products are not returnable due to manufacturer restrictions, including but not limited to: Top-O-Matic, Powermatic, etc., unless the product is never opened or used.

ALL DAMAGED PRODUCTS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Basically, if you have product(s) from GT in your store for more than 4 to 6 weeks (30 to 45 days) without selling, send it back to GT within 60 Days. Pay attention to customer moving, moved or passed away, sent to jail, or if you, your wife/husband and/or employee ordered wrong, etc.

Customer Delivery Policy

  • GT Delivery Personnel does NOT check-in your order at time of delivery. You can always contact GT Sales / Customer Service for any issues with your delivery.
  • All deliveries will be CASH - LESS. A check / money order handling fee will apply if customer is not on pre-authorized “GT check-process payment system”. CASH always accepted and welcome at GT.
  • For fragile and “higher value” items, customers agree to accept TOTE boxes, which will incur a $15 deposit per tote box. This deposit will be credited/refunded immediately upon return or at the next delivery.
  • Deliveries less than $1,500 (and above $500) will incur a $7.50 service charge.

Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that remain inactive (no purchase or purchase less than $500) for 60 days will become inactive. There will be a $25.00 Service Charge to re-activate / re-open the account. Updated license, resale-certificate, and/or customer agreement may be required.

We deliver to most locations in North Central Florida. In addition, we offer UPS Ground shipping to all locations in Florida. You can also pick up from our warehouse, Monday to Thursday, from 9 AM to 1 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, for self-service.

All Tobacco Products Sold by GT Distributing include Florida 85% OTP Tax & Federal Excise Tax.
